An Ohio village administrator has until tonight to decide if he wants to be the next city manager in Petoskey. The council met yesterday and voted to offer Dan Ralley a contract with a salary of 94-plus thousand dollars. He was the top pick of the council after interviews with five candidates and since then the council and their legal council has been working on contract terms. Ralley was given 24 hours to notify the city in writing if he intends to accept the contract.
