TC Soldier Killed in Afghanistan |

Twenty-two year old solidier, Dillon Foxx, was killed in Afghanistan.
Sgt. Foxx was killed Friday when enemy forces attacked his unit. He was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. This was his second tour of duty. Foxx moved to Traverse City when he was 17 years old and graduated from Traverse City West Senior High School in 2006. A memorial service will be held in Traverse City, but no date has been set yet.
