The Petoskey man accused of shaking a baby and and possibly causing blindness and seizures was found not guilty by a jury on Thursday in the Emmet County Circuit Court.  Cody Mork was arrested last June and charged with second degree child abuse and had been accused of shaking the child while babysitting for the father.
