The final score was 9 to 7.

Brandon Inge pushed the Tigers passed the Twins with a rbi triple in the 9th inning and Detroit picked up their 5th straight win on the road.  The Tigers pushed passed two runs in the 9th inning to break a 7-7 tie to sweep the Twins in Minnesota. Austin Jackson layed down a bunt to score Inge for the Tigers final scoring run of the game. Jose Valverde closed for Detroit and walked Jason Kubel and then settled down to retire the next three batters and preseved the win.  The Tigers travel back to Detroit to take on the Kansas City Royals on Friday night.  Tune into 1270 AM or 92.1 FM WMKT at 6:40 pm to catch all the action live with Dan Dickerson and Jim Price.
